At Revival Health Labs, we are committed to delivering your products safely, on time, and with complete transparency about what to expect. Please read this policy in full before placing your order.
Delivery Coverage
We deliver to all counties across the Republic of Ireland. Delivery to island locations (including offshore islands) is not available as standard and will need to be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us before ordering if you are located on an island.
At this time, we do not offer standard delivery to Northern Ireland or the UK as part of our website checkout. If you are based in Northern Ireland or the UK and are interested in a product, please contact us directly and we will do our best to assist.

Delivery Costs
Delivery to the curbside of your property anywhere in the Republic of Ireland is included in the price of all products. There are no hidden delivery charges added at checkout.
Professional installation, crane placement, and foundation work are available as additional services and are priced separately. These can be discussed and arranged when you place your order.
Lead Times
All Revival Health Labs products are manufactured to order in Europe. Lead times from the date of order confirmation are as follows:

These are estimated lead times and may vary slightly during peak periods such as autumn and winter when demand is higher. When you place your order, we will confirm your specific expected delivery date within 24 hours.

Order Confirmation and Communication
Once your order is placed, you will receive an automated confirmation email. A member of our team will contact you personally within 24 hours to confirm your order details, discuss delivery options, and agree on a delivery date and time that suits you.
We will keep you updated at each stage of your order, including when your product is dispatched and when delivery is scheduled. You will never be left wondering where your order is.
Delivery Day
All large products including saunas, hot tubs, and cold plunge tubs are delivered by specialist transport. Delivery is made to the curbside of your property. It is your responsibility to ensure there is suitable road access, adequate space for a large delivery vehicle, and that the delivery area is clear on the agreed date.
For saunas, onward transportation from the curbside to your garden is the responsibility of the customer unless a professional installation service has been arranged. Cold plunge tubs and hot tubs arrive fully pre-assembled and are relatively manageable to move with adequate planning.
For HIAB crane deliveries, please ensure the crane vehicle (approximately 17 metres in length) can access your property safely. We will discuss access requirements with you in advance.
Damaged or Missing Items
All orders are carefully inspected before dispatch. In the unlikely event that any part of your order arrives damaged or with missing components, please do the following:
- Note the damage or missing items at the time of delivery where possible.
- Take clear photographs of the damage.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email address] with your order number and photos.
We will arrange replacement parts or a resolution as quickly as possible. Claims reported outside of the 48-hour window may be more difficult to process, so prompt notification is important.
Delays
While we work hard to meet every estimated delivery date, delays can occasionally occur due to manufacturing schedules, transport conditions, or circumstances outside our control. If a delay arises with your order, we will contact you as soon as we are aware of it and provide a revised timeline.
