About Our Products and Delivery

Revival Health Labs Limited supplies and installs premium outdoor barrel saunas, cold plunge tubs, and wood-fired hot tubs across the Republic of Ireland. All products are manufactured to order in Europe and delivered directly to your property by specialist transport. Nothing we sell is held in stock and dispatched from a warehouse. Every order is made specifically for you following confirmation.

Delivery Coverage

We deliver to all 32 counties across the Republic of Ireland. If you are located on an offshore island please contact us before placing an order as delivery to island locations needs to be assessed individually and may require alternative transport arrangements.

For customers based in Northern Ireland or Great Britain we do not currently offer standard delivery through our website checkout. Please contact us directly and we will do our best to assist you.

Delivery Costs

Delivery to your property is included in the price of all products listed on our website. There are no additional delivery charges added at checkout. The following optional services are available at additional cost and can be discussed and arranged when you place your order.

Professional on-site installation by our two-person team is available for all sauna models. This covers full assembly, positioning, and a handover walkthrough on completion. Electrical connection is not included in installation and must be arranged separately by you through a certified electrician.

HIAB crane placement is available for properties where standard access is restricted. This must be organised by you and we can provide contacts for local crane operators on request.

Foundation preparation, including cement slab laying, is available as an add-on service at €300. This must be in place before our installation team arrives.

Lead Times

All products are manufactured to order following receipt of your order and payment. Estimated lead times from the date of order confirmation are as follows.

These are estimated lead times based on current production and logistics schedules. Lead times may be slightly longer during peak periods such as autumn and winter when demand increases. We will confirm your specific expected delivery date within 24 hours of your order being placed.

If your order is time-sensitive or required by a specific date, please contact us before purchasing and we will give you the most accurate timeline available before you commit to the order.

Order Confirmation Process

When you place an order you will receive an automated confirmation email from Shopify. A member of our team will then contact you personally within 24 hours by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order details, discuss your delivery requirements, and agree a delivery date and installation time that suits you.

Before your delivery date is confirmed, we will ask you to complete a brief site assessment to confirm the following.

Your foundation or base is in place and meets the minimum requirements for your model. A hard, level surface of at least W250 by 60cm is required for all sauna models.

Road and access width at your property can accommodate a standard delivery van.

A responsible adult will be present at the property on the agreed delivery and installation day.

For sauna models, an electrician has been arranged or is being arranged to connect the heater after installation.

Delivery Day

All large products including saunas, hot tubs, and cold plunge tubs are delivered by specialist transport. For sauna installations our two-person team will arrive on the agreed date and carry out full assembly on site. Installation of a barrel sauna typically takes 8 to 10 hours. The team will conduct a full handover walkthrough with you at the end of the installation, explaining how to operate and maintain your product.

Cold plunge tubs and hot tubs are delivered fully assembled and positioned at your chosen location in the garden. You will need to arrange a plumber and electrician to complete the connection of any chiller unit for cold plunge tubs.

For HIAB crane deliveries, please ensure the crane vehicle can access your property safely. We will discuss all access requirements with you in advance of the delivery date.

Someone must be present at the property on delivery day. A neighbour or family member can accept on your behalf if you are unavailable. Our team will contact you or your nominated contact directly prior to delivery to confirm arrangements.

Damaged or Missing Items

All orders are inspected before dispatch. In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged or with missing components please take the following steps.

Note any visible damage at the time of delivery where possible.

Photograph all damage clearly before moving or assembling any parts.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@revivalhealthlabs.com or on WhatsApp at +353 87 418 0740, providing your order number and photographs.

We will arrange replacement parts or a full resolution as quickly as possible. Where damage occurred during transit the cost of repair or replacement will be covered. Claims reported outside of the 48-hour window may be more difficult to process so prompt notification is important.

Delays

While we work hard to meet every confirmed delivery date, delays can occasionally occur due to manufacturing schedules, transport conditions, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. If a delay arises with your order we will contact you as soon as we are aware and provide a revised delivery timeline. We will not leave you without communication while you are waiting for your order.

International Orders

We currently fulfil orders within the Republic of Ireland only through our website. Please contact us directly if you are interested in ordering from outside Ireland and we will advise on what is possible.
